Refund Policy

Eligible return requests must be started within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original tags, packaging, and included parts.

Exceptions and order problems

Final-sale or customized items, gift cards, and opened hygiene-sensitive goods are not returnable unless applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us promptly about damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items so we can review the order.

Starting a return
